My nieces helped set up this still life for me. We had a lot of fun painting the light on the images with a flashlight. The image is taken in a dark room, the only light source is the flashlight with a very small beam that I use to selectively add light to the objects. It is really fun and if the baby wasn't crying I probably would have taken pictures of everything in my house. Give it a try, it's addicting.
That rocks! I've extended the theme (since you, Amy, were the only one who actually did anything with it) and then I'm stealing your technique. Awesome.
