Bougainvillea. It is lovely, but does it grow in Virginia, survive the winter there? I love it -- it is very tropical. Our gardener keeps ours cut so short, it never blooms. But our neighbors use their children for manual labor, so theirs never gets trimmed and it tumbles over our wall. I think the orange background (of our house) makes this photo kind of psychedelic, and I have a hard time looking at it. Glad you like it.
What type of plant is that? I have seen people grow them indoors and I want one. Love the picture.
