I needed to wear scrubs today as I was supposed to man the Infirmary of Horror booth at the kids' school fair. At first I felt like a complete idiot and slob surrounded by all of the rich Mexican mothers who were dressed to the nines. But I had so many people who assumed I really am a doctor with all of the respect and admiration that entails, I do believe that I am going to wear scrubs everywhere forever. Slovenly comfort + respect = awesome.
