The view from 3 of our bedrooms. Yes, that is concertina wire at the base of L's window. And yes, my window looks out into a courtyard and you can't even see the sky from my window (the tiled part is covered). But it is a cool house. And on a clear day, you can see a snow-covered volcano from two windows. But not this month.
